【摘 要】 目的 观察次氯酸消毒液联合湿性愈合方法在慢性伤口中的效果。方法 对 2017 年 1 月至 2019 年 5 月在我院伤口门诊就诊慢性伤口患者(150 例 229 处伤口),采用随机数字表格法分为观察组(75 例 116 处伤口),采用次氯酸消毒液联合湿性愈合方法;对照组(75 例 113 处伤口),采用常规湿性换药方法。比较 2 组患者创面愈合率、愈合时间、换药次数。 结果 观察组的伤口愈合率高于对照组,愈合时间、换药次数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用次氯酸消毒液联合湿性愈合方法优于常规湿性愈合方法。

Observation on the curative effect of hypochlorite disinfectant combined with wet healing on chronic wounds

【Abstract】 Objective
To observe the effect of hypochlorite disinfectant combined with wet healing on chronic wounds.
Methods
From January 2017 to May 2019 229 wounds in 150 patients with chronic wounds were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (116 wounds in 75 patients) of using combination of hypochlorite disinfectant and wet healing method and the control group (113 wounds in 75 patients) of using conventional wet healing method. Wound healing rate, healing time and dressing change times between the two groups were compared. Results The wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the healing time and dressing change times of the observation group were also lower than those of the conventional group (P< 0.05). Conclusion
The combination of hypochlorite disinfectant and wet healing method is better than the conven
tional wet healing method.
